Information submitted with feedback, its retention policy and user choices.
Scope
This notice explains how information submitted through the HTML Web Preview bug-report and feature-suggestion form is handled. Submitting feedback is optional and is not required to open projects in the app. Individual replies are not provided through this form. Inquiries requiring a reply and privacy requests should be sent to avrelo.mail@gmail.com.
1. Operator and Purposes
The recipient and operator is Kim Do Yun, an individual operating as Avrelo in the Republic of Korea. Submitted information is used to investigate reported problems and consider improvements or feature suggestions.

The form does not request a name or email address, automatically collect email addresses, or require file attachments. Personal information entered into free-text fields is nevertheless included in the stored response. App project files and execution logs are not attached automatically.
Do not include passwords, verification codes, secret keys, private document contents, identity documents, health information or other information unnecessary for processing the feedback.
3. Storage and Retention Rule
Submitted responses are stored in Google Forms and a linked Google Sheets spreadsheet.
The operator has established the following retention rule for original responses:
- Originals are deleted without undue delay when review is complete and they are no longer needed.
- Unresolved originals are retained for no longer than 12 months from the first submission. They are deleted earlier if the processing purpose ends sooner.
- Reopening feedback or creating a copy does not restart the period calculated from the first submission.
This retention rule applies to responses submitted to Avrelo and copies under its control.
Specific records that must be retained under applicable law are managed separately by legal basis, information category and retention period. Information needed for continued improvement may be reduced to reproduction cases or feature requirements that no longer identify an individual. Information that remains identifiable continues to be subject to the retention rule above.
This period does not set retention periods for unsubmitted form responses or service records Google controls for its own purposes. Avrelo remains responsible for its retention and deletion duties for copies held on its behalf.
4. Choice and Effect on App Use
Users may choose not to submit feedback, close the form, or leave optional fields blank. If feedback is not submitted, it will not be received, but ordinary project-opening functionality remains available.
Before submitting, review the notice and choices displayed in the form itself. Viewing this webpage does not constitute a feedback submission or consent to the collection and use of personal information or to an international transfer.
5. Privacy Requests
Requests for access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent may be sent to avrelo.mail@gmail.com. Provide only the minimum information needed to locate the response, such as the approximate submission time and a general description of the feedback.
6. Use of Google Services
Google may separately process account and browser information when providing the form service. If a user is signed in to a Google account, an unfinished draft may be stored by Google before submission.
The Google Privacy Policy applies to account and browser information Google processes for its own services. This does not transfer Avrelo's responsibility for received feedback to Google.
