Information handling and privacy rights for users in the United States.
1. Operator and scope
Kim Do Yun operates Avrelo as an individual developer in the Republic of Korea. This notice describes personal information handled in connection with HTML Web Preview: JS CSS JSON, this website, support email and the optional feedback form.

The app has no Avrelo account, registration or developer-operated project synchronization service.
2. Project files and information on your device
The app reads the folder you select to display its HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON and related resources. It does not edit the original project files or upload their contents to an Avrelo project-storage server.
The app stores recent-project information and preferences on your device. Recent-project information includes the project name, file location, access reference, start file and last-use time. The recent-project list holds up to 30 entries.
The project viewer uses temporary web storage for page inputs, cookies and runtime state. Local execution records include file names, page messages, errors, connection information and timestamps. Messages generated by a project can contain information entered in that project. These records are not automatically sent to Avrelo. Each recorded category holds up to 75 entries, and memory-only execution history ends when the app process ends. Refreshing or closing a project does not necessarily clear its execution history; an unsuccessful project change can preserve the previous history.
Removing an entry from the recent-project list does not delete the original files. Uninstalling the app does not remove original files or backups held by a file-storage provider, or information already submitted to support or external services.
3. Projects and external services
Projects initially open with JavaScript disabled. External-resource access is a separate setting and is off by default. Enabling it allows requests for resources such as remote images and fonts. Running project code can allow it to access files available within the selected folder and transmit information to destinations specified by that code. Compatibility mode permits additional communication paths.
For projects that you supply, the project’s author determines its content, code and external destinations. Select only the folder needed for the project and review the information you enter or send through it. The app’s read-only access to original files does not prevent project code from transmitting information.
External destinations and file-storage providers are responsible for the services and personal-information processing they independently control. Their terms and privacy notices apply to those activities. This does not limit responsibilities that applicable law places on Avrelo for its own conduct or its use of third-party services, including advertising services integrated into the app.
4. Support and optional feedback

The feedback form does not request a name, automatically collect email addresses or accept file-upload answers. Personal information entered into a text answer becomes part of that response. The form does not provide individual replies. Use avrelo.mail@gmail.com when you need a reply or wish to exercise a privacy right.
Project files and execution records are not attached automatically. Do not submit passwords, verification codes, secret keys or unnecessary personal information. Feedback is optional and is not required to view project files. An inquiry cannot be investigated fully if it does not contain enough relevant information.
5. Advertising
The app’s home screen displays a Google AdMob banner and uses Google’s advertising privacy-choice software. The app requests non-personalized advertising and disables Google’s publisher first-party identifier. Avrelo’s advertising-request code does not attach project contents, project paths or project execution records.
Advertising-related information includes the following categories, as applicable to the device, permissions and advertising configuration: IP addresses and inferred general location; device or app identifiers; advertisement impressions and interactions; product interactions; and crash and performance information. Google uses advertising-related information for advertising, measurement, diagnostics, product performance and protection against fraud or abuse. Non-personalized advertising does not mean that all identifiers or network communication are disabled. Google’s iOS advertising data disclosure and Google Privacy Policy provide further information.
When Google’s privacy-choice service requires an options entry point, Ad Privacy Settings appears on the home screen or in the app’s settings menu. Use the options displayed there to review or change available advertising choices. A change of choice does not itself erase information already processed. Folder opening remains available when an advertisement cannot load.
6. Website
The website stores your selected display language and motion preference in your browser. These preferences control how the website is displayed. You can remove them by clearing this website’s stored browser data.
Requests to display the website pass through its hosting service. Opening this website does not upload the project files held in the app.
7. Retention and deletion
Original support and feedback records are retained only while needed to answer the inquiry, investigate the issue or review the feedback. They are deleted without undue delay when that purpose ends. Unprocessed originals are retained for no longer than 12 months from their first receipt or submission. Reopening an inquiry or making a copy does not restart this period.
This limit applies to original messages, attachments, form responses, linked spreadsheet responses and exported copies controlled by Avrelo. If a particular record must be retained by law, only that record is retained for the legally required purpose and period. Information retained for product improvement must no longer identify a person; removing a name alone does not achieve that result.
This retention rule does not set the retention period for information independently controlled by an advertising provider, a file-storage provider or another external service. It does not remove Avrelo’s responsibility for copies held on Avrelo’s behalf.
8. Your requests and applicable U.S. rights
Email avrelo.mail@gmail.com to request access to, correction or deletion of personal information held by Avrelo, or to raise a privacy complaint. Include only information needed to locate the record, such as a message date and subject or an approximate feedback-submission time. Proportionate verification of your identity or authority to act for another person may be required. Do not send passwords, secret keys or unnecessary identity documents.
Depending on the applicable state law and processing, you may also have rights to obtain a copy, opt out of qualifying sales, sharing or targeted advertising, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and appeal a refusal. Avrelo will handle requests and any applicable appeal within the deadlines required by law. Exercising a protected privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.
For advertising choices, use Ad Privacy Settings when displayed. Email is also available for requests about Avrelo’s handling of personal information. An email does not immediately change a device’s advertising settings. A non-personalized advertising setting does not, by itself, determine the legal classification of every disclosure.
The website has no Avrelo-added handler for browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. The native app uses its separate advertising privacy-choice controls. These descriptions do not remove any obligation to honor a valid privacy signal under applicable law.
Avrelo cannot remotely retrieve or erase local files that have not been sent to Avrelo. A request about information independently controlled by another provider should be directed to that provider.
9. Children and changes
The app is a general-audience project-viewing tool and was not designed specifically for children. A parent or guardian who believes Avrelo has received a child’s personal information may contact avrelo.mail@gmail.com to request review or deletion. Applicable protections for children remain in force.
Changes to this notice will be published with an updated revision date. Any additional notice or consent required by applicable law will be provided or obtained before the relevant processing change.
