How HTML Web Preview handles personal information, retains records and supports your rights.
Scope
This notice applies to personal information handled through the HTML Web Preview: JS CSS JSON app, support website, support email and feedback form provided by Kim Do Yun under the name Avrelo.

The app itself has no registration, account login, payments, subscriptions or developer-server synchronization. Login and external communication on web pages run in the app are functions of those pages.

Reproduction steps, device and operating-system versions, app version, expected behavior and intended use are optional form fields. The form does not ask for names, email addresses or file attachments, or automatically collect email addresses. Personal information you enter in free-text fields becomes part of the response.
The form does not provide individual replies. Send inquiries requiring a reply and privacy requests by email. Leaving optional fields blank or not submitting the form does not restrict opening projects in the app. If information needed to handle an inquiry is missing, a response or investigation may be limited.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, secret keys or personal information unrelated to the processing purpose.
3. User-selected files and external services
You choose the project files and code to run. The content of projects not supplied by Avrelo, sites connected by their code and information those sites collect are separate from the Avrelo services described in this notice.
Projects initially open in preview without running JavaScript. If you permit execution, the code may read accessible files in the selected folder or page inputs and transmit them externally. Files not directly linked to the current HTML may also be accessible. Allowing external resources may cause requests for remote images and fonts even in preview. Compatibility mode may permit additional external communication.
Read-only access to original files does not mean that the code is prevented from transmitting information externally. Select folders containing only the files needed and run only projects you trust.
The terms and privacy notices of providers apply to storage, synchronization and backups by file providers you choose, such as iCloud Drive, and to external services connected by a project. Check those services’ information handling and account settings. Uninstalling the app does not delete originals or copies held by external services.
This distinction does not transfer Avrelo’s legal obligations concerning inquiries or feedback it receives directly, or advertising integrated into the app, to those providers.
4. Advertising and privacy choices
The home screen includes Google AdMob banner-ad functionality. Google’s official data disclosure says advertising may process internet connection addresses and approximate location, device and app identifiers, ad impressions and responses, app interactions, crash data and performance information. The scope depends on your choices, device permissions and advertising configuration.
The app requests non-personalized ads and is configured to disable Google’s publisher first-party identifier. Project file contents and paths are not separately added to ad requests. These settings do not block all processing of identifying information or all external communication.
When Google’s privacy-choice service requires it, an Ad Privacy Settings entry appears on the home screen or in app settings. You can review or change the choices offered there. You can still open project folders if an ad cannot be loaded.
Changing advertising privacy settings is separate from requesting deletion of information already sent. Communication needed to confirm choices or maintain security may occur separately from advertising choices. The project’s external-resource setting does not control advertising, forms or email communication.

Google applies its own privacy policy to information it processes to provide its services. If you fill out the form while signed in to Google, Google Forms features and settings govern saving drafts before submission. Such drafts are not treated as responses submitted to Avrelo.
Requests to display the website pass through its hosting service. The support website has no analytics or advertising code added by Avrelo and no file-upload form. The contact composer does not send entered content to an Avrelo server; you review and send it in your email app.
6. Retention and deletion
The following retention rules apply to original inquiries and feedback, attachments and copies controlled by Avrelo.
- Delete originals without undue delay once answering, investigation or feedback review is complete and they are no longer needed.
- Retain unprocessed originals for no more than 12 months from first receipt or submission. Delete them earlier if their purpose ends before 12 months.
- Reopening an inquiry or making a copy does not restart the retention period measured from first receipt or submission.
- Keep specific records subject to a separate statutory retention duty separately, only for the required items and period.
These periods do not uniformly apply to advertising or service records Google processes for independent purposes, or to drafts before submission. Avrelo’s retention and deletion obligations apply to copies held on its behalf. Information still needed for improvements may be retained in a form that no longer identifies a person. If a person can still be identified, the same retention rules apply.
Deletion of unneeded personal information covers inquiry emails, attachments, Forms responses, responses in linked Sheets and Avrelo-controlled copies separately. Electronic records are handled through the relevant storage service’s deletion procedure. Moving them to an archive does not replace deletion.
You manage original projects in the Files app or through your file provider. Removing a project from the recent list does not delete the original files. App settings and recent-project records are stored on the device and managed separately from originals and device backups.
Temporary web data is not intended for permanent storage. Ordinary refreshes may reuse storage, while closing a project or rebuilding its runtime may erase inputs. Do not keep important inputs only in temporary runtime state. Closing or refreshing a project does not clear all execution records, and a failed attempt to prepare a new project may restore previous records. Temporary data and information sent to external services are managed separately.
7. Rights of users and representatives
Under applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent for your personal information. Requests can also be made through a legal representative or an authorized agent.
Send requests to avrelo.mail@gmail.com. Include the minimum information needed to locate the response, such as the date and subject of a relevant email or the time of form submission. Additional information may be requested to verify your identity or an agent’s authority.
If a request must be restricted or delayed by law, we will explain the reason and applicable procedure. The app cannot remotely access or delete on-device files Avrelo has never received. Procedures of independent external services may also apply to requests about their accounts or records.

8. On-device protection and children’s information
The app accesses original projects as read-only, restricts file-path access and uses temporary storage for project web execution. These features do not constitute malware scanning of arbitrary code or blocking of all external communication.
The app was not designed specifically for children. Where processing personal information of children under 14 requires consent from a legal representative, applicable legal requirements apply. Send requests concerning inquiries or feedback containing children’s information to the operator.
9. Changes
If this notice changes, the website will explain the changes and their effective date. Changes requiring separate notice or consent will follow the procedures required by applicable law.
