Scope
This notice describes the scope of HTML Web Preview: JS CSS JSON, precautions for use and the applicable license.
1. Scope of the app
HTML Web Preview displays web projects and related files selected by the user and runs code that the user permits. It does not provide source editing, server execution, project building or a backup service for original files.
The app is not a malware scanner or a system firewall. It does not guarantee the compatibility of a particular web project or the result intended by its user. Project code, external service policies, the operating system and the execution mode can affect display and behavior.
2. User-selected files and code
For files and code not supplied by Avrelo, users must check their source and their rights to use them. Displaying a file in the app does not mean that Avrelo has reviewed or approved its contents, lawfulness or safety.
A project permitted to run can read accessible files within the selected folder and page inputs, or transmit information externally. Read-only access to original files does not block such transmissions. Run only trusted code and select folders containing only the files needed for the project.
Maintain separate backups of important originals in your chosen storage service. Inputs and temporary runtime state are not intended for permanent storage and may be lost when a project closes or its runtime is rebuilt.
3. External services and transactions
File storage and synchronization services selected by users, websites contacted by their projects, and sellers visited through advertisements are operated by their respective providers. Those providers' terms apply to their content, transactions, storage, synchronization and account management.
The appearance of an external service or advertisement in the app does not by itself make Avrelo the provider, seller or a party to the transaction. Consult the relevant provider about transaction terms, refunds and cancellations.
Where harm arises solely from an external provider or user-supplied code, without fault or another basis for liability attributable to Avrelo, Avrelo does not become responsible merely by providing the app.
4. Limits of this notice
This notice does not exclude liability arising from defects in the app, violations of law by Avrelo or other grounds attributable to Avrelo. Liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, applicable privacy and processor-related duties, and user rights that cannot lawfully be restricted remain unaffected.
Transactions users conduct through external services are separate from advertising functionality integrated by Avrelo and the handling of inquiries or feedback received by Avrelo. Using an external provider does not remove Avrelo's applicable data-protection duties.
5. Applicable license
The app is subject to the license made available for it through the App Store. Apple's standard End User License Agreement applies when no custom license is provided. Consult the app's App Store listing for the applicable agreement.
This page explains the app's scope and responsibilities. It does not by itself amend the applicable license or statutory rights.
